Alamorgordo Primate Facility The death of primate #1028 appears as a footnote for October 2003 at the APF. PFP is attempting to FOIA additional information and it will be posted here when received. Please visit again later. The reference to #1028 states: "appears to have died from a cardiac event. He had been evaluated by the cardiologist earlier this year for episodes of syncope and diagnosed with an untreatable ventricular arrhythmia. The pathology is pending and will probably take several months to complete all the testing". Read about life at APF and its history.
