NIH asks for your
opinion by Sep. 5, 2012
Please help!
On Wednesday, September 5, the Working Group on the Use of Chimpanzees
in National Institutes of Health (NIH)-Supported Research will meet
in further preparation for releasing its recommendations on the
future of government-sponsored research on chimpanzees. The recommendations
are to be released in early 2013.
It's not often animal activists are asked what we think about a
topic but the public has been invited to share our thoughts about
the use of our first cousins, the Chimpanzees, with the NIH.
This is an opportunity to help. An opportunity we cannot squander.
Imagine what would happen if all animal people responded!!! The
NIH is seeking comments from everyone--you don't have to be a doctor,
primatologist, etc., you just have to care about this issue.
Speak up for the Chimpanzees TODAY..don't miss this opportunity
and PLEASE, PLEASE share this link with everyone you know.
